Build routes and catch every unrouted pool
- Route Command shows each tech’s stops for the day on a live map.
- Unrouted Pools lists every active pool that has no weekly route day with an active tech.
- Drag a pool onto a tech’s card to put it on their route, with Undo if you grab the wrong one.
- Change a stop’s tech or day right on the row.
- On the phone, the Unrouted Pools list and a Dashboard alert show up only when a pool needs a route.
- Optimize Route on Today’s Route reorders one tech’s stops for the day.
- On the phone, a tech’s Today’s Route shows only their own stops. Owners, office and managers can switch between techs.
Route Ready: work the route with no signal
- Run Route Ready while you have a signal, and today’s route, stops, Log Visit and pool profiles are saved on the phone.
- Techs log visits, readings and photos offline. The work waits on the phone and syncs when it reconnects.
- Sync Issues shows anything that didn’t go through, so nothing quietly disappears.
- Signing out asks first if there are changes that haven’t synced yet.
Log the visit at the pool
- Log Visit with a chemical stepper, quantity bubble and test strips.
- In-app alerts when a chemical dose looks too high.
- Visit report emails with photo links go out when a visit is completed, for the customers you turn them on for.
From a finished route to draft invoices
- Prepare Invoices on desktop lists completed visits that don’t have an invoice yet.
- Filter by tech, customer, route or visit type, and check the visit report next to a draft invoice preview.
- Create draft invoices one at a time or in a batch. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Clock in and out from the phone
- Techs tap Clock In and Clock Out on the phone. Hourly staff also get Lunch Start and Lunch End.
- Clock back in after Clock Out for a second shift the same day. The header shows the day’s total.
- A banner reminds a tech who forgot to end lunch after 60 minutes.
- The office reviews and approves time in Time Review.
Pool calculators and search in the truck
- More › Tools has pool calculators, including Pool Volume, Water Balance (LSI), Turnover and Flow.
- Save a result to a customer and find it later in that customer’s Calculations history. Results are labeled Estimates.
- Search customers, invoices, work orders and Estimates from the phone header.
Questions
Do techs need cell service to log a visit?
No. Run Route Ready while you have a signal, and the day’s route, stops and Log Visit are saved on the phone. Visits logged offline sync when the phone reconnects.
What happens to a pool that isn’t on any route?
It shows up in Unrouted Pools on desktop Routes, and on the phone, until you give it a tech and a day.
Is there a desktop app for the office?
Yes. The office runs routes, invoicing and settings on desktop, and techs work the route on their phones.
Can techs clock in and out on the phone?
Yes. Clock In and Clock Out are on the phone, with Lunch Start and Lunch End for hourly staff, and a tech can clock back in the same day for a second shift. The office approves time in Time Review.
