How does pricing work?+–
The first 10 companies lock Founders at $99/mo with the full product and 400 pools included. After that: Basic $49, Pro $99, Pro+ $179, Enterprise by quote. Billable pools are unique stops with a completed visit that month.
Do techs need cell service at every pool?+–
The field app is built to work a stop even when the signal drops, then sync when they’re back on the grid.
Can homeowners log in?+–
Yes. Customers get a portal to view service history and pay invoices. That’s the same Log in button in the header — we route people to the right place.
